2008 Clos Otto Shiraz "Box Head"
Bright purple. Fresh raspberry and cassis aromas are strikingly pure, with gentle baking spice and cracked pepper notes adding liveliness. Bright, energetic and juicy, with clean dark berry flavors, gentle acidity and no apparent tannins. No excess fat in this blend. Finishes bright, with uncommon complexity and length.

CLOS OTTO
Clos Otto is a single vineyard wine grown on the shallow red earths, up on the side of a hill on the banks of Greenock Creek in Seppeltsfield. The Clos Otto vineyard was planted in the 1990s by an old German named Otto and now forms part of the Hentley Farm vineyards.
